About Me
I am a legal advisor and problem-solver with a background in litigation, corporate internal investigations, and regulatory risk management. That foundation allows me to bring a practical, business-minded perspective to commercial transactions and daily legal challenges. I serve as a generalist who can negotiate and structure agreements, resolve issues across functions, and design frameworks that support sustainable growth.
I enjoy working with startups and helping their vision come to life by providing support across company formation, fundraising, equity incentive planning, and purchase and sale transactions. My work also includes negotiating SaaS, licensing, vendor, and customer agreements; reviewing advertising and marketing strategies for compliance; and guiding investors and family offices through direct investments and governance matters.
Beyond transactional work, I advise on domestic and cross-border privacy matters, including the GDPR and CCPA, and I design governance processes that align with evolving global standards. I also help businesses adapt legal workflows to cybersecurity best practices and support enterprise technology transitions.
I bring a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and big data. I focus on how these innovations are reshaping industries, the regulatory and ethical challenges they create, and how organizations can adopt them responsibly. In particular, I advise on generative AI and its impact on business operations, compliance, governance, and risk management. I also have experience across the full eDiscovery lifecycle, combining technical fluency with legal judgment to address new challenges.
